Peter C. Foy & Associates

History

Who We Are - IMA024.jpgThe company Peter C. Foy founded in 1987 was a small but dedicated firm offering standard employee benefits services and products. However, with the addition of highly qualified and progressive personnel in all strategic areas, FOY quickly emerged at the forefront of change in an often volatile and challenging industry. Our integrated service approach is one that is highly valued by clients, much admired throughout the industry and still not readily duplicated by many other brokers.

As an innovative leader, FOY was one of the very first brokers to begin offering COBRA services as early as 1988 followed shortly by flexible benefits and third party administration services in 1989.

During the next 10 years, the company expanded rapidly adding billing and reconciliation services in 1996, commercial property and casualty services as well as workers’ compensation services in 1998 in order to meet the growing needs of clients.

With the new millennium came needs for different types of non-traditional broker services. In response, FOY also began offering public relations and communications consulting as a value-added service in 2005. Qualified clients who don’t have these services in-house, but don’t necessarily need to retain professional agency services or contracting services, appreciate the additional capabilities this can provide their business.

Today FOY serves tens of thousands of members throughout the United States via an internal team of highly professional staff members. FOY client retention, which has remained constant throughout the years and in excess of 98 percent, is a testament to the level of excellence the company is able to provide.
