As an innovative entrepreneur, Peter has designed a brokerage unique in its commitment to being the most client-focused firm in the industry and has attracted an experienced team of leaders who share his values.

Prior to forming FOY in 1987, Peter was Vice President at Sedgwick James, the world’s third largest brokerage firm. At Sedgwick, Peter developed an expertise in employee benefits and P&C insurance.

Peter also serves as Chairman of the Ventura County Board of Supervisors and is the Ventura County Supervisor of District 4.
